MTR Corporation calls creative tender

Hong Kong - The MTR Corporation has called a tender for its advertising agency contracts to oversee branding account services, creative production and implementation.
Agencies have been asked to submit credentials on or before Friday 5 September, detailing a list of all major clients for the past three years and creative capabilities.
The incumbent agency on MTR Corporation's advertising contract is DDB. It is not yet clear if the tender includes media buying, held by OMD.
The tender is expected to take place in October with a decision due by December.
