Role description:

Reporting to the corporate director, responsibilities will include:

• drive continuous improvement using internal business tools, consulting skills and change management processes
  

• assist company leaders in the development of strategic road maps
  
  
• facilitate training on process improvement for regional staff

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have an engineering based degree with at least 8 years' experience. Ideally, he/she must be a certified Six Sigma black belt and has considerable exposure to Lean Manufacturing. He/She must be detail oriented and have "hands on" approach to the role, with an eye on the big picture. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are essential for this role.
