Role Description:
• Support the business growth with recruitment and attraction strategies • Drive the strategic agenda for Talent and Training at the senior levels within the region and locally • Help senior management build the supporting culture and operational processes; to attract, retain and develop the best people across the company • Work with Leadership and Talent, Training and Knowledge Managers in other regions and other sister companies to share best practices, collaborate on training and leverage opportunities for staff development through company exchanges • Promote the company core values to strengthen the organization’s relationship with employees
Requirements:
• Fluent Chinese and English speaker • A degree from a recognised University • 4-5 years of Human Resources and/or management level, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of which has been in an agency/consulting/hotel environment; preferably with a combination of recruitment, talent management, general HR issues. • Understanding business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions.
Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
