Role Description:
You will be leading the HR Shared Services team in the delivery of quality human resources services to the business. These services include the provision and support of HR administration systems, reporting, payroll, pensions, healthcare and life insurance and expatriate support services. To manage the range of outsourced vendors who provide services and ensure that they deliver to agreed time, cost and quality and work with them to drive value enhancement in all services. You’ll work very closely with all internal and external customers to identify opportunities to improve existing services through increasing quality and/or reducing costs and to identify new services that can be more effectively and efficiently delivered through the HRSS organisation.

Requirements:
You should have at least 10 years of HR experience with key skills in HRIS management, expatriate management and payroll management. Possess at least 3 years in a management role and has experience working in a multi national organisation. You should have at least a degree in the relevant work field and a formal qualification in HR would be an added advantage.

Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
