Role description:
- source, develop and manage external manufacturing solutions to optimise plant operations across GSEA (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and India)
- primary accountability for managing external manufactured initiatives and ensuring the corporate policies, procedures and controls are established, maintained and implemented
- build key relationship with business units stakeholders and external manufacturers
- manage allocated EM projects from conception to commercialisation
- balance cost, quality and speed and benchmark with internally manufactured options to deliver and leverage best practice implementation

Requirements:
-Degree in Food Technology/Engineering/Supply Chain/Procurement or equivalent
-at least 5 years of relevant experiences in a manufacturing environment with knowledge in external manufacturing solutions
-possess the necessary technical skills and business/financial acumen to manage commercial opportunities and risks
-project management experiences, strong negotiation skills and ability to work with cross functional teams across different countries
- experiences in food industry is a distinct advantage
-extensive travelling is required for this regional role
