Hong Kong - Pixel Media has secured a sponsorship deal with Cebu Pacific Air to promote the Philippine carrier on Travel.Atnext.com.
The deal will include editorial features, fixed advertising space on selected destinations, on the Philippine channel homepage, and a logo of Cebu Pacific displayed on the maps section to help raise awareness of Cebu Pacific's services and destinations as well as to increase ticket sales for the airline.
Travel.Atnext.com is the travel vertical channel for what is said to be Hong Kong's leading online newspaper site, Atnext.com and exclusively represented by Pixel Media for ad sales globally.
In addition to the sponsorship, Pixel has helped placed online advertising for Cebu Pacific throughout Pixel Media's network in Asia in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China and Hong Kong.
Pixel's Singapore office secured the deal and has been tasked to actively expand throughout the SE Asia region since the beginning of this year. It has since secured deals with advertisers and publishers in Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Thailand, and continues to aggressively expand its network throughout the region.
In recent months, leading airlines throughout Asia have also used Pixel's ad network to promote their services. Malaysia Airlines has placed ads in China on Qunar.com and Sohu.com and locally in Malaysia on JourneyMalaysia.com, Klue.com and Kakiseni. Meanwhile, Cathay Pacific Airways has placed ads on MSN properties throughout Asia.
Kevin Huang, CEO for Pixel Media said, the business win is a result of the company's regional expansion.
"Pixel is now in the best position to provide online ad solutions to clients who have needs in not just the local market but in regional markets," he said.
"The travel industry has been a major focus for Pixel and we're happy our regional network is now able to provide advertising solutions to them in both local and regional markets."
