

Malaysia - In a marketing initiative, Nokia N-Gage, with the help of media agency Mediacom Interaction, has launched a campaign at Garena.com, one of Asia's leading online gaming platforms.
Through the campaign, Nokia aims to drive the adoption of its made-for-mobile games service N-Gage, where users of selected N-series devices can sample, purchase and play high-quality mobile games while on the move. The campaign will run until the end of this month.
"The online gaming scene is exceptionally popular among the tech-setters in Malaysia, according to OMG online survey. It continues to register exponential growth in tandem with the rapid increase and popularity of multiplayer online role-playing games," Kenniess Wong, Regional, MD for Interactive Hub, said.
Garena.com has selected Interactive Hub as its online media sales partner , for seven of its top gaming territories namely, Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Malaysia alone accounts for more than 1.3 million members - the third biggest gaming market after Philippines and Taiwan.
