Singapore - Inbev's Stella Artois is calling for suitors to work on its ad business following the resignation of Lowe Worldwide from the beer account after 26 years.
Inbev's area manager Joey Loh says the relationship between Inbev and the local incumbent agency Formul8, which also handles Beck, will not be affected by the global creative pitch. Upon the global appointment, the boutique agency will work with the agency to adapt the global branding ads for the local market.
Lowe's rival agency Mother was recently appointed by Inbev to handle the business for its new range of 4% products.
Inbev recently announced its intention to acquire Anheuser-Busch. If the deal is confirmed, Inbev will have most of the top beer brands under its care including Beck's, Budweiser, Skol and Hoegaarden.
