Role Description:
Leading a large team, you will consistently be providing HR advice to the CEO and his leadership team on all aspects of HR, from resourcing, talent, HRIS, training and development to employer branding. You will work closely with the regional head of HR in Singapore to take an involvement in key regional and global HR projects.

Requirements:
We are after a Japanese HR candidate outside of Japan who is looking to return to Tokyo. We are also open to foreign HR candidates with previous Japan-based experience, as this role doesn’t necessarily require Japanese language skills. You should be degree/masters qualified in HR or psychology, and have leadership experience.
