Hong Kong - Hong Kong may not yet have an Apple store, but SmarTone-Vodafone's first Experience Store has opened to allow customers to try out creative multimedia service in an interactive retail environment.
Located in Central, the multi-storey Experience Store holds scheduled service workshops in The Loft and provides interactive display panels and electronic touch-screen learning console for visitors to browse and explore new services.
The loft is an area where scheduled services workshops are held every day. More than 150 sessions will be conducted every month.
Print ads and press coverage are the main tools for this campaign, created by SmarTone-Vodafone's agency OgilvyOne.
Douglas Li, CEO of SmarTone-Vodafone, said the in-store multimedia services provides not only mobiles experiences, but also on the PCs through the internet. He stressed the need for in-depth help and expertise for existing and prospective customers was increasing.
"This validates our brand promise getting customers closer to the things that matter to them," he said.
