Hong Kong - Bates 141 is looking for a new ECD for its China and Taiwan office after current ECD Norman Tan takes a sabbatical.
Tan first joined Bates in 2005, and will be working for the group until mid-September.
In the interim period, Arthur Yu, CEO of Bates China and Taiwan, will be in charge of the creative teams in all the operating units.
"We are now searching for a top quality candidate to further lift our creative standard," Yu said.
Tan has helped the group engage actively in client account and lead the creative team in the past three years, according to Bates.
"I feel I have completed my mission at Bates 141. I now wish to take a short break before deciding on my next career move in China," Tan commented.
