Arc Singapore strengthens with hires

Singapore - Arc Singapore, following new business from HP, Visa International, P&G and Dow Jones, has hired four new staff to its team.

The new hires are OgilvyOne's Charlene Leung and Nicholas Ng as well as The Upper Storey's Belinda Lu and have joined as account manager, senior flash programmer and senior designer respectively. While Junne Baey, formerly of Activ8 and Batey, joins the specialist digital and CRM agency as project manager.
