Singapore - ESPN Star Sports (ESS) has set up a dedicated team, led by director of ad sales Delilah Chan, to handle digital media sales and to explore and maximize revenue opportunities for ESS in the digital space.

The move is in tandem with its recent launch of the new version of espnstar.com. According to a press release, the company intends to position its assets into "integrated and innovative marketing solutions for clients across broadcast, online and mobile mediums." It also wishes to offer its advertisers "more ways to maximize and synergise their campaigns across platforms by offering an expansive range of customized and creative advertising opportunities."

Reporting to Charles Less, SVP of ad sales, Chan is tasked to oversee the development of integrated strategies and manage value-driven products and services on its website and mobile platforms.

"In addition to engaging viewers beyond our broadcast channels, our digital media products offer advertisers multiple opportunities, a lot of flexibility and new innovative opportunities to target their audiences and better meet their brand objectives," Less said.
