Role Description:
• Provide effective support to the Talent Management and Development Strategy in line with the Group's People Strategy.
• Build strong leadership pipelines and increase bench strength of the management by supporting the implementation of assessment and development solutions for identified Talent Pool members.
• Formulate and execute effective Graduate Development Programmes
• (Management Development and Summer Associate Programmes) through effective attraction campaigns on campus
• Implement and drive assessment and selection methodologies at assessment centres.
• Assume the role of a Relationship Manager to Management and Summer Associates and facilitate their career growth and development.
• Delivering quality service to the businesses and other HR teams, as well as ensuring effective implementation of all plans will form other aspects of your role.
Requirements:
• A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline, with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. • Knowledge of industry practices relating to talent management strategies will be necessary. • Advantage will be given to candidates with hands on experience managing management associate programmes
Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
