Singapore - BBH APAC's CD Todd Waldon leaves to join M&C New Zealand as ECD while the company restructures its creative department to accommodate new business wins.

"After eight great years, it's very sad to see Todd go, and we all wish him the very best in his new geography and role. Our growth, and the breadth and depth of the projects that we are undertaking, demands that we restructure the creative department to give greater focus and resource by account," John Hadfield, MD of BBH APAC said.

BBH APAC will now have three creative directors, each running major pieces of the agency's business.

Ashidiq Ghazali from Ogilvy Singapore joins as CD to oversee the agency's Vaseline and Chupa Chups accounts. Peter Callaghan, who was been at BBH for two years as senior copywriter has been promoted to role of CD to work on Axe, Flora and Bloomberg Television.

Steve Elrick, BBH's regional ECD, will take charge of the third team in the interim, with both Ghazali and Callaghan reporting to him. The agency is currently on the lookout for a third CD to allow Elrick to focus on his broader regional role.
