Singapore - BBC World News has renewed its advertising partnership with InterContinental Hotels & Resorts by commissioning a second series of the ad-funded, weekly five-part travel programme "The Real Cities".
"Ad funded programming offers our clients a customised brand solution across TV, online and off-air, which is supported by our BBC World News in-house sales team, spanning ad productions through to marketing and PR," Carolyn Gibson, vice president of ad sales, EMEA, BBC Worldwide said.
The series will air 30 August on BBC World News. InterContinental Hotels & Resorts' SVP of global brand management says the partnership raises awareness and consideration for the brand as it continues to grow its portfolio of hotels and resorts around the world.
"'The Real Cities' appeals to our guests and the programme's authentic and enriching perspectives bring to life InterContinental's 'in the know' positioning," she says.
