New site gives the down-low on high-end housing

Singapore - iProperty.com Group has launched iLuxuryasia.com, a portal for Asian luxury properties which aims to be a guide for luxury property investors in key Asian cities such as Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The Group also expects to launch a print publication, iLuxuryasia Magazine, in the third quarter of 2008. The publication complements the iLuxuryasia website and events series, and will provide a comprehensive offering for the high-end property sector.

"This focused product works synergistically with our other product offerings, and leverages on iProperty.com Group's extensive network and large captive audience of property hunters, making iLuxuryasia.com a platform for developers to market their properties to a highly targeted audience of luxury home buyers across the region," Patrick Grove, executive chairman of the iProperty.com Group, said.

In May 2007, iProperty.com Group launched a Malaysian luxury property website called iLuxury.com.my.
