Text 100 reshuffles APAC management

Regional - Text 100 has promoted its regional consultancy director Ava Lawler to the new role of global consultancy director, and has announced new appointments to its APAC management structure.

Lawler's appointment aims to unite the agency's approach to the global development of strategic practices in peer media, digital lifestyle, technology and corporate social responsibility. She will also take on responsibilities for global talent development and will remain located in Shanghai.

Jeremy Woolf, APAC peer media lead at Text 100, will be promoted to regional senior VP & global practice lead for peer media when he returns from sabbatical leave.

In his new role Woolf assumes directorship of Greater China, overseeing the agency's offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.

Text 100's SVP and APAC sales & marketing director Rowan Benecke has assumed Lawler's previous global consultancy director role, and will be based in Hong Kong. He has also been appointed to the Global Executive Leadership Team and will report directly to Text 100 CEO, Aedhmar Hynes.

In support of these changes, Anne Costello, former client services director based in Sydney, will maintain her directorship of SE Asia and will also take on the regional sales and marketing directorship from Benecke. Singapore-based senior consultant Shafaat Hussain will serve as regional client services director.
