Initiative hires associate director

Singapore - Initiative Singapore MD Kenneth Tsang has hired Stella Jamie Lui as associate director, his first hire for the agency's senior leadership team since joining in February this year.

Tsang described his new hire as an "innovative thinker" who is "young, and passionate about media". Tsang also indicated there wouldn't be any more additions at this point to the senior leadership team, which includes himself and director Fiona Sim. The agency's ex-GM Juliet Ng left the company in May.

Lui joins from a brief stint at the Singapore Tourism Board where she headed the brand marcoms department but prior to this, she was at Starcom. She has previous experience working on regional clients such as Bvlgari, MasterCard, O2, and Tiger Airways to name a few.

In other news, Initiative has also hired Cadeline Lau as buying supervisor. She joined last month.
