Role description:

Reporting to the customer care manager, the customer care engineer will ensure supplier compliance and adherence to the service standards set by the company for all suppliers and authorised service partners. He/she will be assessing suppliers' parts logistics and swaps utilization, evaluating their effectiveness and compliance to the company's service standards and policies. The candidate will also provide technical support to suppliers on both product and service equipment/solution, improving the process and supplier network. He/She will be accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency of the overall process.
