Role Description:

Reporting into the Regional Human Resources Director, you will oversee the full spectrum of human resources which includes talent acquisition and retention, compensation, talent review and development, organizational effectiveness, HR policies design, development and implementation, employee relations and expatriate management. There will be considerable exposure to green field projects in opening new markets within the SEA region which comprises of Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia. You will be a key member of the core management team and will act as the HR business partner to the Vice President & Regional Managing Director, SEA as well as the country General Managers.

Requirements:

Degree-qualified, you are an experienced HR professional with at least 8 years of experience from an MNC environment and possess solid understanding of HR best practice and employment legislations in South East Asia. Experience in HR start-up roles beyond Singapore would be desirable, as with prior work experience involving aggressive growth and transformation. A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills, you are able to interact effectively with people at all levels in a matrix environment. You are creative with a can-do attitude, mature to manage issues proactively and take ownership and responsibility.
