Role description:
The successful candidate will be managing the overall operation and service aspects of the company's frontline customer service. He/she should have the ability to supervise front-end operations effectively and have experience in managing vendors. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be equally adept in people managing skills. He/she will be responsible for the overall running of the service centres (repairs/servicing) and make proposals for further development (including reporting and solution development).
