Singapore - Leo Burnett (LB) has appointed Alex Lim (pictured) as its new CD - the BBDO head of art officially joins the agency on 18 June.

"I'm moving on from BBDO and joining LB for bigger challenges and opportunities - I'm also familiar with Chris (Chiu, ECD at LB), as he was my ex-boss at Wunderman. I'm just looking forward to creating fantastic work for them," Lim said.

Chris Chiu, ECD of Leo Burnett Singapore said Lim's "reputation as a creative is without question".

"Having worked with Alex before, I'm fully aware of the contributions he can bring to the agency, across both our regional and local businesses. Needless to say, I am more than delighted he's decided to join us and together with the Singapore team, we are eager to put the office on the creative map soonest possible."

Lim will come in as creative director with primary responsibilities on the agency's regional SK II business of P&G amongst other accounts.

Lim was with BBDO for more than three years - before that he was with BBH and Wunderman, working as art director in both agencies.
