BBDO India hires VGC VP

India - BBDO India has appointed Ranjeev Vij as business director and vice president, responsible for the Hewlett Packard account and new business initiatives for the agency.

Vij joins BBDO India from Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC), where he was vice president and branch head of Delhi operations. Prior to VGC, he spent three and half years managing the Bharti Airtel business nationally in India.  Vij has also previously worked for Enterprise Nexus (now Bates Enterprise), Ogilvy & Mather, RK Swamy BBDO, Lowe and FCB Ulka (now Draft FCB Ulka).

Vij will report to Josy Paul, chairman and national creative director of BBDO India.
