Malaysia - Following the launch of the 'Hands of Hope' campaign in Malaysia, Euro RSCG plans to roll out the effort in Cambodia and Sri Lanka.
The campaign, which launched here in May, was for The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and aimed to raise the awareness of the plight of refugees in the country. It also hopes to raise monetary contributions. The campaign's OOH execution featured images of refugees on a monetary notes.
"The creative strategy was to appeal from a humanitarian perspective. The Notes campaign is based on the UNHCR worldwide site that specifically asks for fixed contribution amounts that will be used for specific actions like digging wells, providing tents and heating stoves among others," Case Deenadayalan, executive creative director, Euro RSCG Malaysia, said.
The campaign ran across TVCs, print and online media.
