Waggener Edstrom hires Lackie
Reporting directly to David Ko, WE's EVP for APAC, Lackie will oversee and manage the agency's relationships with its key regional technology clients, including Microsoft.
"Lackie brings an impressive body of experience, expertise and industry connections to his role, after years of working on some of the world's most prominent accounts. His prior experience in Asia is particularly valuable. Asia is a strategic growth region for Waggener Edstrom and we can only succeed by bringing in great talent like him," Ko, said.
Lackie spent 10 years with Text 100, and has helped develop and manage global and regional campaigns and has consulted on media and analyst relations, messaging and positioning and issues management. He was based in its offices in London, San Francisco, Shanghai and Singapore working with clients such as Microsoft, IBM, Xerox, Adobe, Philips China, IBM, and Logitech.
