Role Description:

  • Source for high potential and creative/innovative profiles for all management positions in order to meet business needs
  • Develop awareness of the employer branding within the student population at targeted universities/business schools and amongst early career professionals
  • Manage key global recruitment projects
  • Contribute to achieving balanced diversity within management teams
  • Manage the integration program for new employees
  • Responsible for exit management (resignations and termination of contracts) and exit interviews

Requirements:

  • You should have a Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business related discipline
  • At least 5 - 7 years' working experience, of which 3 - 5 years in a similar role.
  • Have strategic business vision and able to thrive in a complex, networked and international environment.
  • Intelligent, good listening capacity and have strong interpersonal skills.
