Hong Kong - CNN has launched a regional marketing campaign aimed at addressing environmental issues, with a week-long programming initiative on TV and online.
Advertisements in print, in-store, online and video banners will be seen in Hong Kong and across Asia Pacific to support the green initiative.
CNN's week of programming "Going Green: Search for Solutions" will be aired this week.
In a story to promote its initiative CNN said it will look "beyond the green-washing of marketing and companies advertising their green credentials, we look at what being an ethical consumer really means as well a providing simple tips on how to make small changes to your life that can make a big difference."
A new channel on CNN.com is added to report green issues stories and provide people with environmental solutions.
