Singapore - Paul-Robert Bouhier, marketing director for Irish Distillers will now head the Singapore office as MD of Pernod Ricard (PR) Singapore following Franck Lapeyre's relocation to Korea as president of Jinro Ballantines.
Bouhier, who will also be responsible for the Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia markets, is expected to start work in Singapore in mid July while Lapeyre's official last day here is tomorrow.
Previously with P&G, Bouhier joined the group as brand manager at Ricard. He was marketing manager before taking on the role as marketing director of CSR Pampryl, a PR Group affiliate specialising in fruit juices and cider. Bouhier is currently the marketing director for Irish Distillers.
Based in Singapore since February 2004, Lapeyre joined the group in April 1991 and held several positions in Cusenier and Pernod. He was subsequently promoted to marketing director of PR's Korea Distribution. He next moved on to take on the role of development director and landed at Indo-Philippines, PR, Asia as commercial director.
