Qais partners Responsys, shuffles senior management

Singapore - Qais Consulting has partnered Responsys to bring the on-demand email and marketing automation solutions provider's multichannel marketing platform to its customers in APAC.

Qais will use Responsys to build on relationships with clients such as AsiaRooms, CAAS, Brother, and Sony, through targeted, relevant communication programs.

"In order to be effective, marketers need to deliver high-impact, perfectly timed communications that engage consumers through multiple channels -- email, print and mobile," Robert Stanley, MD for Responsys Asia, said.

Newly promoted CEO for Qais, Tripti Lochan added, "The Responsys Interact platform simplifies the creation, execution and tracking of marketing activities, enabling our team to focus on strategy that drives ROI and goes beyond measuring the superficial performance, like open or click-through rates, to actually measure the cost of revenue by region".

Lochan was promoted after CEO Keith Timimi assumed the role of chairman. Qais is currently looking for a head for the Singapore office to focus on developing the capabilities of the operation and growing regional accounts.
