Tuesday: Operations Manager

Role Description:
Reporting to the country manager, the operations manager is to play an operational leadership role to the department. Leading a team of about 10 customer service and supply chain executives, he/she supports the Singapore direct sales operations. Other key responsibilities include 3PL management, formulating operational strategies and driving efficiencies to support business growth among different work teams, process improvement and operational costs.
