Role Description:
This is a people manager role responsible for managing the HR function to support the needs of an international staff and senior management team in a thriving business. You will act as trusted advisor and business partner to senior management, and work closely with HR peers to ensure alignment to corporate HR policies and practices. Key areas of focus include talent acquisition, employee engagement, succession planning, and talent management.

Requirements:
You should be Master's degree qualified with 12 to 16 years of broad spectrum HR experience in fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environments. Candidates with experience in setting up or growing new businesses are preferred. Excellent written and verbal English language skills are a must. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong engagement and relationship building skills. You are independent and self-driven, as well as a good team player who can be hands-on as required.
