Role Description:
Reporting to the Director of Regional Procurement (Asia Pacific), the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all the commercial and sourcing aspects of the assigned categories such as HR services, business services, outsourcing (HR/IT), and consulting & contracting services. This includes the creation and oversight of a strategic plan, developed and managed in conjunction with key functional stakeholders.
He/she is also responsible for the negotiation and implementation of major contracts, effective cost management programmes, and the establishment of successful relationships with suppliers on a regional or country basis.
