Hong Kong - Publicis Hong Kong is checking off Tempo and Brand's Golden Bird's Nest business wins on its scorecard after being appointed creative agency for both groups.
Publicis has retained the Tempo account, which was acquired by SCA from P&G last year, without a pitch.
The ad agency takes a humorous approach to getting the message across on its TVC for Tempo tissues. "By keeping the storylines surprising and by using fresh creative approaches, we have successfully broken away from the traditional demo approach that we find so prevalent in the FMCG category in Hong Kong, without sacrificing the effectiveness of the communication," Sue McCusker, GM of Publicis Hong Kong, said.
With Brand's on the other hand, Publicis will develop TVC, print and in-store materials for its Golden Bird's Nest marketing campaign from May to August while partnering with MindShare.
