Singapore - StarHub's latest campaign 'Freedom' brings back Sparky, the Jack Russell terrier which fronted a campaign for the telco in 2002.

"Sparky embodies all the values we see in our 'Freedom' message - he's spirited, clever, adventurous and endearing. Freedom is about empowerment, a sense of adventure and people's ability to discern where the true value lies in StarHub's mobile services," Iris Wee, head of marketing for StarHub, said.

The campaign, creatively executed by DDB Singapore, will run for over a month across print, TV and outdoor media. It highlights three key value propositions which are that StarHub users will be able to use StarHub's mobile service with no contract and obligations; students can get unlimited SMS and MMS; and mobile internet users can get higher upload and download speeds.

There is also an online component to the campaign, at choosefreedom.com.sg.
