JWT's Chandrasekar wins Patricia Mann Award

Singapore - JWT senior vice president and executive planning director Mythili Chandrasekar won the Patricia Mann Award - a ₤10,000 bursary given to women in the advertising community who want to advance their education and training.

Mythili plans to attend the executive education programme on strategic marketing management at Stanford.

"While the Mann Award was open to anyone in the industry anywhere in the world, we are particularly happy that a very passionate and committed professional from JWT India was one of the first recipients of that award," Colvyn Harris, JWT India CEO, said.

"Mythili is one of our shining stars at JWT, a truly innovative thinker who is constantly challenging the status quo in our industry," he added.

The Mann Award for Women was set up in memory of Patricia Mann OBE - a life-time employee of JWT - who passed away in September 2006.
