Hong Kong - DDB Group Hong Kong has made a number of senior creative appointments ahead of a major client announcement expected as soon as this week.

DDB has nabbed JWT creative directors, Mike Chiu and Pauline Tsang (pictured), to work on the MTR and Chow Tai Fook jewellery accounts. They will both report directly into Ruth Lee, DDB's chief creative officer appointed early this year.

DDB Group has also hired former Grey Hong Kong creative Paul Chan and added creative talent from France and Sweden.

Prior to DDB, Chiu and Tsang worked on JWT accounts such as Nike, Kleenex, Sony and Rolex. JWT recently lost the Nike business to McCann Erickson.

The creative duo has more than 12 years of experience, Chiu having worked at Bates, JWT, BBDO and Ogilvy, while Tsang worked at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett and DMB&B.
