M1 campaign results in new tariff plans
The Y&R-created integrated advertising campaign, which launched in late April, resulted in more than 15,000 contributions from mobile users.
The M1 SunShare Plan will be offered as a supplementary plan to customers who are on the SunSaver, SunSaver Plus or SunMax subscription plan, and allows customers to share their free SMS/MMS and talktime bundles with their family members and friends. The M1 DIY Plan offers customers the option of putting together a plan with features relevant to them - customers have to subscribe to a base plan at a monthly fee.
"These two new mobile plans are the results of the feedback that we received from customers. We hope to maintain this constructive dialogue with our customers, and would like to encourage them to tell us how we can better meet their needs and what services would appeal to them," Neil Montefiore, CEO for M1, said.
