Role Description:
- Provide creative and apt solutions on various human resource and industrial relation issues for the business units
- Proactively handle and advise on areas pertaining to resource allocation, rewards, performance management, retention and development initiatives
- Maintaining good employee relations with line managers through coaching, counselling and dialogues
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Customer-focused mindset and be comfortable to interact with people of all levels
- Good understanding of HR/IR practices - Independent, resourceful and analytical
