Group Eight gets hold of Six

Singapore - Group Eight IMC has acquired Six Communications, adding the communications agency to its list of subsidiaries which include A Group of People, Curiosity, Markethink, and Interactive.

Six's managing partner Claudia Chua, who has over 15 years experience in advertising, will remain in her role.

"We are very excited with this acquisition as well as partnership with Six. It is certainly a positive step forward for us. Chua comes with full exposure in the integrated marketing platform, and I am sure that our group will benefit from her expertise," Group Eight CEO, Watson Lee, said.

The news is part of Group Eight's plans to become a major player in providing integrated marketing communications at a regional level.
