Online metrics: Small numbers tell a big story

Hong Kong - Marketers in Hong Kong like those around the world are wrestling accountability for online spend, trying to grapple with what to measure, how do online results compare to offline ones and what is a good result for online metrics.

During the inaugural Marketing magazine Hong Kong Peer briefing event, the two segments to the online marketing value chain will be scrutinized: how to get consumers to your online platform and what to do with them once they get there - including measuring their behaviours.

The Valuing Online Success: The big story behind small (but powerful) numbers peer briefing, to be held on Friday 13 June 2008 at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, will feature two expert speakers with unique perspectives on the engagement and measurement space.

Tony Boatman, group managing director, Peritus Marketing, formerly the group marketing head SEA with Microsoft, and Siva Ganeshanandan (pictured), marketing director Asia Pacific, Interwoven, will both give keynote presentations on the current online and digital landscape as well as the measurement tools to gauge your online marketing campaign effectiveness.

Marketing magazine's Peer Briefings are designed for, and limited to, the upper echelon of Hong Kong's advertising & marketing community and provide an excellent peer networking session as well as thought provoking practical intelligence.
