Singapore - Visa together with MSN has launched a branded content channel called Destinations via the MSN Singapore website that features travel-related content from both Visa and MSN.
The channel includes offers from Visa's Visagreatbreaks.com site and user generated content from MSN users such as videos, photos and commentary.
In addition to the channel, later in the year there will be mobile and desktop applications where users can get the latest offers delivered straight to them.
Visa's media agency OMD created the site and was also commissioned by Visa to help with project management and oversee its implementation.
Singapore is the first market in this region to launch both Destinations and Visagreatbreaks.com; more online activity is expected for early 2009.
"More and more our clients are looking to deliver useful tools to their audiences in the digital space. This type of brander utility fosters a deep connection between brands and consumers," Andrew Tu, regional digital director for OMD in Southeast Asia, said in a statement.
