AMRO appoints chairman

New Zealand - Colin Yee, managing director of Research International (RI) New Zealand, has been appointed as chairman for the Association of Market Research Organisations (AMRO) New Zealand.

Yee has been the deputy chairman of AMRO New Zealand for the past two years. He joined RI in 1996 and has been managing director for its New Zealand office since 2000. Prior to joining RI, he held several senior sales and marketing positions in the automotive industry. 

AMRO New Zealand was formed in 1984 as an industry group to help promote consistently high industry standards, improve the public image of the market research industry; and to help ensure the maintenance of the public's good will.
