Tuesday: Commercial Manager-Facilities

Role Description:
Reporting to the regional commercial manager, the candidate will be responsible for the cost, contract & commercial management for projects around the Asia Pacific region. He will be required to support the project managers (Construction and Technology) in all phases of the designated projects, including the initial brief for budgeting, overseeing of project budgeting, procurement, delivery and closeout.

This role will be based in Singapore but the candidate must be willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region for short term assignments to project sites. This employment will be on contractual basis (6months-1 year) with an opportunity for longer-term contract or full time employment. Although contractual in nature, this job will be an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to develop an exciting career in the banking industry.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience with strong organisational, negotiation and interpersonal skills. He should be familiar with contracts administration, with some understanding in the construction and technology aspect.
