Friday: Senior AVP: Regional Business Operations & Services Category Manager

Role Description:
As part of the Regional Procurement Team, and managing a spend of $500m, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing 6 key sourcing categories - Print Production, Credit Cards, Production
• Equipment, Marketing & Advertising, Banking Services & Operations and BPOSourcing, developing and maintaining key strategic supplier relationships
• Identifying and driving cost reductions through suppler consolidation and increasing process efficiency
• Leading cross functional teams across the region to initiate and implement new sourcing strategies

Requirements:
Successful applicant should have 8 to 10 years sourcing and procurement experience ideally covering one the above categories. Must have excellent consultative/ influencing skills, as well as strong negotiation and relationship management skills. The ability to liaise effectively with senior internal clients is essential. Should be self-motivated, flexible and show good initiative. Experience using Oracle would also be an advantage.
