Singapore - Iris Singapore has hired Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong's James Li and Jonathan Cockett as creative group head and senior creative respectively, months after poaching Rob Davies and John Scott from OgilvyOne Singapore.
"Another great recruitment to strengthen our ever growing creative department and agency. Li and Cockett come with bags of experience from around the region and are now looking at utilising this experience in a more integrated arena. It pleases me that once again iris has attracted some of the best talent from the bigger network agencies, Kelly Finnegan, creative director of iris Singapore, said.
Li is tasked to galvanise Iris' integrated creative offering. He was handling Unilever's Pond's and Dove accounts across Asia, while at O&M HK and was also responsible for the launch of Coke Zero and regional campaigns for Minute Maid and Disneyland. Li was won awards such as Gold at the London Advertising Awards, HK4A's best of print and was a Cannes finalist for his work on Speedpost.
Cockett will work on Sony Ericsson and adidas. Prior to his tenure at O&M HK he was from Euro RSCG London, where he worked on brands like LG, Citroen and The Sun newspaper.
Davies and Scott joined Iris' creative team in February, as reported by Marketing.
