Hong Kong - Online auction and shopping company, eBay will use Hong Kong, due to its high online traffic volume, to launch a pilot phase of its online self-service advertising centre.
This new marketing platform is expected to enhance the visibility of eBay sellers and SEMs, and will allow registered eBay users to fully control their banner ads and leverage their online sales.
"Small to medium business will also find this offer particularly attractive as they enjoy more control over their advertisement investments and utilize this cost effective tool in expanding their business," Kerry Wong, regional managing director for eBay Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, said.
Feedback from the pilot launch will be shared by eBay Hong Kong with global communities.
