Beijing - Just days after being appointed to head Gavin Anderson's new Beijing office, Brion Tingler is already helping the PR company's clients support China's earthquake victims.
Tingler, who arrived in Beijing just days ago, said the company was already involved in pro-bono work and helping clients direct their monetary donations.
"It's a very sad time for China, but it's a place I love and we can help our clients do good things," he said.
Beijing is the first major push into the Mainland for Gavin Anderson & Company since launching its Hong Kong operation in 1985.
Tingler said the company is now looking to staff up its Beijing operation.
"We're at the beginning of a merger and acquisition boom, so there's really no limit to how big we can grow.
"Our clients are experiencing extraordinary growth and Gavin Anderson is uniquely well positioned to assist these companies in achieving their growth ambitions, whether global or domestic," he added.
