Role Description:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the purchase and procurement of a variety of materials, supplies and equipment for use by departments in compliance with all applicable laws and codes. He/She will provide assistance to both internal and external customers in related activities of the purchasing function, as well as exercise independent judgment in negotiating with suppliers concerning price, quality and delivery.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and equipped with a Bachelors degree, good interpersonal skills and a good understanding of purchasing principles and practices, including procurement laws and regulations. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
