Role Description:
- Liaise with various survey providers, line HR in ensuring reporting and survey job evaluation matching requirements are met.
- Highly resourceful in extracting data from multiple sources. Ensure timely submission of regional surveys. Assess, submit and extract survey data from various provider's on-line systems for inputs into global salary database format.
- Work closely with HRIS team to ensure processes and data quality standards are fully met.
- Regular follow-ups and liaison with internal managers / external vendors to collect, consolidate and validate data to facilitate pay management decisions.
- Assist in tracking Reward project milestones and ensuring timely dissemination of information to country HR.
- Customize templates, cleanse data outputs into required formats, charting, presentations for specific communications.
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships with line HR via regular networking and feedback sessions on service levels.
- Provide line HR regular analysis of employee C&B data as well as guidance to countries on basic reward principles, policies and market practices.
- Compiling and summarizing large volumes of data, policies and employee benefits data from multiple sources fro the purpose of gap analysis.
- Conduct basic post merger training and communication sessions for the HR community.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 4 - 5 years of specialized C&B analyst technical knowledge and experience in a complex multinational environment. Strong preferences will be given to those with regional C&B exposure and experience in C&B due diligence in M&As.
- A Graduate with strong numerical, logical and analytical skills.
- Must be a fast worker and yet very hands-on, meticulous and extremely accurate with an eye for detail when dealing with large volumes of data.
- Must have excellent follow-up and co-ordination skills, delivers timely and satisfactory closure of tasks under minimal supervision.
- Must be highly skilled in Advanced Excel applications. Knowledge of Access would be a plus. Good skills in Powerpoint, MS word, systems on-line tools.
- A good team player and independent worker with very strong interpersonal skills. Culturally sensitive, and possess strong written and communication skills.
- Possess positive attitudes and ability to deal with ambiguity. Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and confidentiality.
- Passionate in striving towards high levels of internal customer service levels.
- Additional general knowledge of generalist HR functions and exposure in international assignments and project management would be ideal.
